The mission of the Cronulla Junior Australian Football Club (CJAFC) is to provide every child the chance to play Australian Rules Football in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Our Club seeks to provide this opportunity to all kids in our community, allowing them to enjoy our great game to the fullest. The CJAFC Committee upholds this commitment through active oversight, ensuring that every club action is aligned with the pillars of our strategic plan.

The vision of CJAFC is to empower our players to reach their full potential as individuals and as footballers. We strive to be our community’s club of choice by providing exceptional learning experiences for our kids, on and off the field. Our goal is to be the club where families feel confident their children will thrive, ensuring that every Junior Shark enjoys their journey and is inspired to continue playing our great game, season after season.

Founded in 1967, the Cronulla Junior Australian Football Club stands on a strong foundation of rich history and proud traditions, built by generations of dedicated players, coaches, volunteers, and supporters. Our Club’s journey has been shaped by the passion and commitment of all those who have come before us, whose unwavering dedication serves to inspire each new season and every young player. As we move forward, we will take measurable steps to honour their legacy, knowing that every skill developed, every game played, and every behaviour instilled echoes that rich history and those proud traditions that make our club the centrepiece of such an amazing community.
